Why give?

Roughly 3 million adults in the United States are diagnosed with epilepsy. While many people know their triggers and can manage their epilepsy, many still need assistance. Research is still needed to understand the different types and causes of seizures as well as epilepsy related deaths (SUDEP) or injuries (Status Epilepticus)

Giving FAQs

  • Funds are donated to local Epilepsy research and/or medical facilities

  • Just like any organization Swing Away Epilepsy does have operating costs. The fees incurred on donations go towards these operation costs.

    Swing Away Epilepsy is 100% non-profit, no fees collected are distributed to our members, staff or volunteers.
